TERMS AND CONDITIONS PIXALES LLC ​

1. Our invoices must be paid immediately, unless otherwise agreed with the client and explicitly stated with a different payment term, either on the invoice or in the order. In case of non-payment by the due date, PIXALES LLC reserves the right to demand payment of a fixed interest, equivalent to 10% of the outstanding amount. PIXALES LLC will be entitled to suspend the provision of services without prior notice in case of payment delay.
2. If payment remains pending for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, PIXALES LLC reserves the right to resort to the services of a debt collection agency. All legal expenses will be borne by the client.
3. Certain countries apply withholding taxes on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their domestic legislation. Any withholding tax must be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances will PIXALES LLC assume costs related to the legislation of a country. Consequently, the invoice amount must be paid to PIXALES LLC in full and does not include costs related to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
4. PIXALES LLC is committed to making its best efforts to provide efficient and timely services, respecting the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations can be considered a result obligation. Under no circumstances may the client require PIXALES LLC to intervene as a third party in the context of a claim for damages filed against the client by a final consumer. To be admissible, any claim must be notified to PIXALES LLC by a letter sent by certified mail to its registered office within eight (8) days from the delivery of the goods or the provision of services.
5. All our contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
